Offset Smoker Trailer
The smoker trailer is what I build most often. For caterers, festivals, and anyone who needs to cook 24 hours straight without babysitting it.

Road-legal in QC (SAAQ) and ON (MTO). You can tow it with a regular class-G/5 licence. Every trailer is hand-built by Stéphane, in the Plaisance shop.
The tank we bolt on the trailer is our 500 gallon smoker. For a smaller stationary rig, check out the 250 gallon or 100 gallon.
